Shipping

Do you ship to my country?

Currently, we do ship worldwide. But in case your country may not be supported by our logistics (has never happened so far), we will inform you right away and make necessary changes to your order.

 

Where do you ship from?

We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories from various countries. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialise in different areas of manufacturing.

 

How long does shipping usually takes?

Orders are shipped out directly from any of our many domestic & international warehouses and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as possible! International Shipping Time Estimates7- max. 21 business days.

 

Is shipping really free?

Yes, shipping is free worldwide on all items. No taxes at checkout.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex and also Paypal.


Which currency will I be charged in?

We processes all orders in USD. While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.


Is Checkout safe and secure?

Your online transaction on Exciting Products is secure with the highest levels of transaction security. Exciting-products.com uses Shopify's SSL encryption technology to protect your card information while securely transmitting it by SSL directly to a secure electronic vault for payment processing. We also offer Paypal as payment gateway with its highest security systems.

  

Refund Policy

How long does warranty last?

All products come with a FREE replacement warranty for 14 days from purchase. If your purchase does not match the description or is the item is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order - we will make sure that all of your issues are resolved.


PLEASE NOTE: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product

 

How can I send back my product?

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


In order to receive your refund please follow the steps below:

Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Used products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund.


Send us an email to contact@exciting-products.com with detailed reason for return and pictures or a video of the product that supports your reason.
To assure your refund please use a trackable mail service, we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages. (You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please make sure you send the item back as a gift as we don't cover custom fees for returns)
Upon the receipt of your package your products will be examined and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
will not be refunded. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

 

I did not get my refund, what can I do?

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
